Blues Team Up with ZT Ultimate Training

ZT Ultimate Training are now the Blues U13's Official Partners for Strength and Conditioning heading into the 2010 / 11 Season.

The partnership will begin at Sunday Training on June 20 when Sol Gilbert and a group of trainers from ZT will take the first hour of training and put the boys through their paces. This process will be repeated at various stages of the season at both Waterhall and at the ZT Gym in Hove.

ZT Ultimate Training are also offering us -

• discounted memberships for the players and their families
• Training Programmes designed by ZT for the players to work on in their own time
